Affiliation Process

Step 1: Submit Application
● Click on the Apply Now tab.
● Fill in the required details and submit your application.

Step 2: Document Submission & Verification
● Receive an email requesting the necessary documents.
● Upload the required documents for verification.
● Upon successful verification, your application moves to the Process Validation Team.

Step 3: Process Validation & Evaluation
● A thorough assessment of the proposed program’s structure will be conducted.
● Recommendations may be provided on:
○ Aligning the curriculum with ICPEM’s methodology.
○ Enhancing course content and framework.
○ Improving training efficiency and student learning outcomes.
○ Implementing modern teaching and assessment strategies.
● A dedicated Affiliation Counsellor will be available for support.

Step 4: Onsite Visit / Virtual Interview
Classroom-based institutions will undergo an onsite visit.
Online institutions will have a virtual interview.

Step 5: Granting of Affiliation
● Upon approval, the institution will receive ICPEM Affiliation.
● Affiliation is subject to annual renewal.
● A Certificate of Affiliation will be issued, along with access to additional benefits.
ICPEM will issue course completion certificates for students upon successful program completion.

After affiliating with ICPEM your organization will be eligible for the following benefits:
1. Receive an official Certificate of Affiliation.
2. Obtain the ICPEM Seal (usage as per terms and conditions).
3. Your institution will be listed among ICPEM’s distinguished affiliated institutions.
4. Gain a dedicated web page on ICPEM’s official website.
5. Access hall tickets and answer booklets for all classroom-based examinations.
6. Get featured in ICPEM’s newsletters.
7. Become eligible for ICPEM Awards and recognition.
